Therapy Services

This is your time to take up space and process whatever you need! I will be partnering with you at every step to create a safe space to heal and grow.

EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a highly effective therapy for people experiencing symptoms of trauma and related issues.

This is a safe space for couples to unpack whatever stressors are coming up for them. I use a blend of attachment EFT and Gottman method to truly get underneath the behaviors and help my couples feel intimately connected.


Therapy Intensives NEW

I am pleased to offer 90-minute and 120-minute intensives as well as consecutive-day intensives. Sometimes a weekly 50-minute session is not bringing enough progress to your symptoms. We can condense progress and gain more insight in an intensive. You will be able to get more time back and less amount of sessions attended in the long run.
